We do not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, illness including from Covid 19, disease, loss or damage due to any act or default of any principle, employee, company, organization, or person affiliated with us in any way who is engaged in rendering a service or carrying out arrangements, tours, cooking classes, food preparation, pantry/kitchen clean up, detoxes/cleanses, or educational sessions in any location; including but not limited to, any health food store, grocery store; yoga, martial arts or fitness studio; spa, cooking class, private home, restaurant, company/business, non-profit organization, school, or outdoor setting. We are not liable for your choices of food storage, handling, condiments, and/or cooking or reheating, whether in our presence or not in our presence. By ordering food or other service from our website the customer agrees to this waiver of liability.
